What are your grooming prices?

Pricing for our grooming services varies based on your dog's breed, size, and the specific treatments needed. On average, sessions range from £50 to £100. Your introductory groom costs just £50. I will assess your dog's coat type, size and needs at the introductory groom to provide a personalised quote for future grooming sessions.

How does the mobile grooming process work?

Our professional mobile groomer travels to your location with a fully equipped grooming van. Your dog will receive one-on-one attention in a familiar environment, minimizing stress and discomfort. We use fear-free methods to keep your pet calm and secure throughout the process.

Are your grooming methods safe and suitable for all dogs?

Absolutely. We specialise in force-free and fear-free dog grooming techniques. Our grooming methods prioritise your dog’s comfort and well-being, making them suitable for pets of all temperaments and sensitivities.

What should I do to prepare for my dog's grooming appointment?

There’s minimal preparation needed. It’s helpful to have your dog well-exercised before the appointment to ensure they are calm. Please ensure your dog has had an opportunity to toilet before the grooming process.

What if my dog has special needs or requires extra care?

We are experienced in handling dogs with various needs and sensitivities. Please inform us of any special requirements when booking your appointment, and we will work with you to provide the best care for your dog.

Do you need to park directly outside?

The van needs access to a power source, so parking needs to be reasonably close. However, the power cable is long so parking does not need to be directly beside the power source.

I do not have parking available. Can I still use your service?
